Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all bookings made through the Stonepine Lodge website. By making a booking, you agree to them.
Your booking
A booking is confirmed once your payment has gone through and you have received your confirmation email. Your booking number is in that email, so please keep it. Prices are per room, per night, and include VAT. Breakfast is €15 per adult per day and can be added when you book. Ski storage is free.
Payment
Full payment is taken at the time of booking by card. We use Stripe to process payments, so your card details are never stored on our website.
Cancellations and changes
You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival date, and we will refund your payment in full. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are charged in full. If you need to change your dates, contact us and we will do our best to help, subject to availability. To cancel, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. If you expect to arrive after 10pm, please let us know in advance. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible on request.
Guests and rooms
The number of guests in a room must not exceed the number given at the time of booking. Children are welcome in our Family Rooms. All rooms are non-smoking. Pets are not permitted, with the exception of assistance dogs.
Damage and behaviour
We ask guests to treat the lodge and its furnishings with care. We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused during your stay, and to ask guests whose behaviour disturbs others to leave without a refund.
Our liability
We are not responsible for loss or damage to your personal belongings or vehicle during your stay, except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law.
